An excellent version of the beloved American cinnamon roll. What makes ours tasty? We start with an egg and butter rich brioche dough, fill it with brown sugar and Korintje cinnamon from Indonesia, then proof, and bake it just right. Finally we finish it with a little vanilla scented sugar glaze to add just the right amount of sweetness.

They have a soft, chocolate, chewy interior studded with toasted walnuts, and are covered with a thin chocolate crust. Made with Callebaut chocolate, Wisconsin butter, real vanilla extract, fresh eggs, and regional organic, soft white, whole wheat pastry flour, stone-milled and finely sifted to an 80% extraction by Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, Illinois. A quarter pound of flavor in each one!
